EXTURSION  CAPABILITIES


Aluminum Extrusion Capabilities:

Extral Technology 7" multi-void 2,000 ton press, up to 9" wide parts.

Most alloys

Process:

  1. Heat aluminum cylinder (billet) to ~800–950°F (soft but not melted).

  2. Ram forces it through a shaped steel die → comes out as a long profile with the exact cross-section.

  3. Cool quickly (high volume air).

  4. Stretch slightly to straighten.

  5. Cut to length.

  6. Age in oven (makes it strong – T5/T6).

  7. Optional: buff, anodize, paint, or cnc machine.

Result: Long, perfectly shaped, strong aluminum parts in one continuous piece (tubes, angles, frames, heatsinks, etc.).
